Wednesday What’s in Mo’s Cup- Pumpkin Pie Spice

Coffee with Pumpkin Pie Spice

Sugar and Spice and Everything Nice…

I made promises to you guys in a recent ‘Wednesday What’s in Mo’s Cup’ post and by gosh I intend to keep them.  We all know by now that I love cinnamon coffee, well now it is time to take this to the next level.  This morning I tried pumpkin pie spice, no it is not fall yet, but that is the only spice from the ones listed in this post that I have currently in my spice cabinet.  It’s really tasty, almost like a pumpkin spice latte…except its brewed coffee not espresso, but if you don’t tell anyone neither will I 😉

Recipe:

  • 5 cups water
  • 5 Tbsp ground coffee
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Dressed with:
  • Sucralose packets
  • Vanilla Soy Creamer

By the way…did you guys manage to spot this little beauty of a coupon in the recent Sunday paper (I am aware that today is Wednesday…don’t judge).  Free Seattle’s Best Latte in a Can?! Sweet! 🙂
