Happy National S’mores Day everyone!
I made up this recipe a week or so ago and I didn’t even know that this glorious day was almost upon us. Who doesn’t love the classic flavor mash-up that is the s’more? They remind me of camp and cool nights around the fire pit in the back yard. Being in the city, and not near a readily available campfire, we now make them in the oven by broiling some marshmallows and dark chocolate on a graham cracker.
But now, on to the celebration part of this post!
Mo’s S’mores Martini
3oz Whipped Cream Vodka
10z Butterscotch Schnapps
20z Chocolate Cream Liqueur
1.5 Godiva Chocolate Caramel Liqueur
-Mix all ingredients together in a shaker 2/3 full of ice. Pour into a martini glass that is rimmed with melted chocolate and dipped in crushed graham crackers.
