Coffee fights depression.
I read an article by NPR recently that cited a study on depression. I found this really interesting and there may also be a bit of self-congratulating going on here.
According to the article (which you can find here), women who drink two or more cups of coffee per day are actually helping to fight depression. One in five women are diagnosed with depression at some point in their life, that is 20% which is nothing to sneeze at.
Hey, this study was led by a Harvard professor. I say this is the perfect excuse for me to consume several cups of coffee each day… and have a blog about it 🙂
